May 10, 2025

Kelly offers a blend of both counselling and coaching within her sessions, depending on your personal goals and areas of life you would like assistance with.

Counselling is about healing and understanding, while coaching is about growth and action.. We often need to find peace and understanding in our past experiences to allow us to co-create a future we adore.

Counselling:
Counselling is primarily concerned with addressing past and present emotional issues. Counselling delves into feelings, behaviours, and thoughts to understand underlying problems, offering therapeutic techniques for healing and improved mental health.

Approach: Therapeutic, often involving exploration of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors.

Coaching:
Coaching, is forward-thinking and solution-focused, providing guidance and tools to enhance performance and achieve aspirations. Coaching focuses on setting and achieving future goals

Approach: Forward-thinking, solution-focused, and action-oriented.
