About Me
My work is informed by more than 25 years of exploring integrative, therapeutic, and contemplative practices — including energy-based modalities, depth psychology, relational repair, boundary work, and nervous system integration.
My path has not been theoretical. It has been lived.
Through personal experience with trauma, relational abuse, and complex nervous system dysregulation, I came to understand that healing is not simply a mindset shift — it is a physiological, relational, and identity-level process.
Over time, I have learned that many spiritual or coaching approaches unintentionally bypass the realities of the human nervous system. We are not just meaning-making beings — we are biological organisms shaped by attachment, stress responses, and survival wiring.
Sustainable healing requires working with the body and nervous system, not against them.
This is especially true for individuals who are highly sensitive, neurodivergent, deeply perceptive, or living with chronic illness. Strict, productivity-based frameworks often fail to account for regulation capacity, pacing, and embodied limits.

My approach integrates:
• Trauma-informed counselling
• Nervous system regulation
• Relational pattern mapping
• Embodied identity integration
• Practical coaching for sovereignty and forward movement
Healing is rarely linear. It can be complex, layered, and at times confronting. But when approached with structure, pacing, and containment, it becomes deeply stabilizing and liberating.
I now work from a place of grounded embodiment — offering a steady, non-reactive space where truth can be spoken safely and integration can unfold at a sustainable pace.
How I Work
My approach integrates:
• Trauma-informed counselling
• Nervous system regulation and stabilization (including Reiki-informed sessions)
• Relational pattern mapping and attachment insight
• Sexuality and intimacy integration
• Practical coaching for sovereignty and forward movement
I have a strong capacity for identifying relational dynamics, attachment patterns, and unconscious repetition across time. My work combines pattern recognition with grounded containment — ensuring sessions are structured and paced so you are not left emotionally raw or dysregulated.
I pay close attention to autonomic states — differentiating activation, freeze, fawn, and collapse — and supporting clients in building regulation capacity before deep processing.
Who I Often Work With
Many of my clients are:
• Individuals recovering from relational trauma or coercive dynamics
• People navigating attachment wounds and repeated relational patterns
• Highly sensitive, perceptive, or neurodivergent individuals
• Those living with chronic illness, stress-related conditions, or burnout
• Individuals untangling trauma from intimacy and sexuality
• People in identity recalibration or estrangement processes
